Description
New OS is an effective theme based on the design of the new Windows 8. It offers a bunch of software links, weblinks and a few system information widgets. Oh just to note, for those who dont know, the writing and arrows in this picture are NOT part of the skin. The original inspiration of my skin came from the Omnimo 4 Skin.
This is my first real project, so feedback please!!!

I think its kind of all over the place... Nice idea, but needs work. That's all. I think the icons for IE & FireFox are great, but then there's the MS Office icons which look just way too cartoonish. I really love the Time & Date and Quick-Access. I would like it if the User Icon on the User Panel had a different, more simplistic frame. Maybe just simple rounded corners and/or smoothed away edges to blend in nicely w/ the panel. And last, but not least, the font should definately be changed to something more in the likes of Segoe/Segoe UI (like the font you used for the Quick-Access and Date & Time).
